(ESV) Luke 16:10 "One who is faithful in a very little is also faithful in much, and one who is dishonest in a very little is also dishonest in much. 11 If then you have not been faithful in the unrighteous wealth, who will entrust to you the true riches? 12 And if you have not been faithful in sthat which is another's, who will give you that which is your own? 13 No servant can serve two masters, for either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and money."
This is a very good business practice, test someone on something small and give them more responsibility when they do those things well, nothing surprising there. A person's integrity will shine through during times of want and times of plenty. We all think that if I were rich, I would....well the truth is people who are generous with little are generous with much. People who watch thhe small details with little are faithful to continue that with much and vise versa. We each need to assess our ability with the small things.
Many Blessings to you this morning,
Steve
